Over the last decade Cacy Electric has been a part of building a private school in Tanzania. Ryan regularly leads a team to help develop the facilities that help educate the local people. Tanzania currently only offers free education up to fourth grade; However, this particular school uses scholarship programs to allow even the most impoverished of citizens to gain a complete education. In turn, this thorough education allows individuals depart from the poverty cycle and build a better world for themselves and those they love.
